OpenMAMA-6.2.0-rc2 Now Available

I cherry picked a new feature submitted from our friends over at Arcontech during this RC for an onSuccess publisher event. You can find details at https://github.com/OpenMAMA/OpenMAMA/pull/256.
It should effectively be a noop for bridges which don't use it (otherwise I wouldn't have considered it during an RC window), so no additional testing is required, but nevertheless I generated some new release artifacts for testing to be sure. You can find details of the new RC and binaries here:
Note that we're aiming for a GA release on 29th March, so please ensure any scheduled testing is completed before that date.
