tick42blp bridge and openmama 2.4.1

Hi Nestor,

Tick42 folks will be able to shed more light on this but it looks to me like you need a version of the bridge which is built for OpenMAMA 2.4.x - that is when that mandatory bridge function was introduced.

Failed to initialize MAMA STATUS: 26 (NO_BRIDGE_IMPL)

I read weeks ago that someone post a related issue between tick42blp and release 2.4 but I'm not sure how was this solved or if they are the same problem.
